Usually, our Wednesday afternoons are set aside for Genius Hour. However, I thought we might try something a little different. Miss Elif recently created a website that she shared with the rest of the teachers. It's all about the Maker Movement and there is lots of information on there. I would like you to explore the website and answer this question, What could it look like in 5M? Post your thoughts in the comments section.
I've also found a couple of other places here and here that might help. This article was also interesting. This is my Genius Hour. I chose this because I am new this year and I wanted to get to know all the people in my class. I had a hard time choosing the questions but eventually I came up with some pretty good ones that made you really think hard! Some of the answers were quite unusual too. I now think that I know some things about you that not many people know. I am very pleased that I did this Genius Hour because otherwise there would be a few things about you that would puzzle me. I hope that you use my Genius Hour for finding out new things about your classmates. You will have lots of surprises......Holly |
